My current venture. A restaurant's order arrives the way it always has — a WhatsApp at midnight, a voice note over the noise of a kitchen, a call at six in the morning — and somebody at the distributor re-keys all of it by hand, every day. Rocoto reads those messages against that supplier's own customers, catalogue and prices, writes the order down, and leaves anything ambiguous for a person rather than guessing. Behind it runs a fleet of agents doing the work there is never time for: chasing what has not arrived, matching what was delivered against what was ordered, filing the paper. Six products on one memory — orders, delivery, inventory, payments, sales intelligence, agents — with a desk, an Android app and a phone line. Built end to end, alone: product, AI, backend, design system, app and go-to-market.

A home-renovation marketplace for Spain. A homeowner describes a job in plain language and Leo turns it into a priced, milestoned scope; the money sits in escrow and releases phase by phase as each stage is approved; tradespeople join by importing their existing Habitissimo profile — reviews, ratings and history pulled in seconds. Chat-first, escrow-backed, bilingual — designed and built end to end: the product, the AI agent, the payments and the marketing site. A free, open-source Chrome extension that lets you point or talk at any element on any page — your localhost, a live site, or anyone else’s — and hands your AI coding agent the actual element instead of a screenshot. It reads every layer underneath: the exact DOM selector and a11y role, computed CSS and box model, framework state (event listeners, React props/state), WebGL shaders and geometry, network calls and their schemas, and a render trace (paint, layout shift, reflow). Then it turns a plain-language reaction like “this feels cramped” into precise, code-ready instructions with the real selectors and values — dropped straight into Cursor, Claude Code or Codex.

farm drops

Problem. Small farms grow exceptional food but can't reach city shoppers, who pay main-street markups for less. Distribution is the bottleneck.
Solution. Vitrina pools a neighbourhood's demand — people pre-order personalised groceries from small local farms with their neighbours; when an area hits critical mass the drop goes ahead at near-wholesale, collected from a local shop's rented fridge. A phone-first waitlist ranks demand area-by-area before a euro is spent.
Stack. Pure HTML/CSS/JS landing · Supabase · FastAPI on Hetzner · Vercel · bilingual BG/EN. Open it for the live site, the gamified waitlist, and the founder tracker.

Problem. A warehouseless food supplier routes fresh produce straight from farms to restaurants — no depot to buffer demand, so every order is a direct multi-stop run and the margin lives or dies on routing.
Solution. A browser simulator of real farm→restaurant mornings: pick the orders, it pulls real road distances (OSRM), solves the vehicle-routing problem with a self-hosted VROOM engine, and breaks down the true per-drop cost — goods, last-mile, overtime, distance — to show whether the unit economics work before a van leaves.
