A book capturing my exploration into how dancers turn sound into movement.

I posed the question “How can we capture the true essence of music through movement?”

What better starting point than looking at how dancers do this today? This book is my way of thinking through the different elements of sound and motion, and how an elemental study of dance might be conducted with movement practitioners.
